Sleepy Time Tea

I'm sitting here drinking sleepy time tea while the pup pretends to kill my shoe. Yes my shoe is in fact being murdered by a four pound puppy. What can I say she is tough. lol The fact is I'm letting my shoe die because I'm just too tired to get up and fight her for it. I don't know if this is do to the extremely long day that I've had or the sleepy time tea that I'm drinking. Anyone else drink sleepy time tea? I'm curious if it truly makes me sleepy because it's just that good, or if it's because I'm actually taking time to sit down and drink a warm decaffeinated drink? Any thoughts?
